As I strive to create my healthy balance in life
...this day... for exercise and food

Mild exercise routine 5 min, stretching...10 min, Rebounder, 15 push ups, 25 sit ups.
1. Glass of water preferably warm to match your inside body temperature . This wakes up and starts the metabolism (burning fat) get going.

2. Banana: Taking small bites and rolling it around in your mouth letting the saliva break it down in your mouth before squalling it, this helps a great deal with the digestion process in your stomach.
Chewing your food properly is one of the first and most important excises (note this is a exercise) for living the wonderful healthy balanced life.

3. Cereal 2 vita brits with hot milk with a nut mix added plus sultanas added

4. 1--dried prune...note to many may play havoc and make you fart to much

5. One cup of hot parsley tea
